Part #3
Promotion Plan
You are going to develop a partial promotion plan. Select ONE game/event from your marketing plan and complete the items described below. Professionalism and quality matter, as does creativity!
1.Define Your Objectives
Make a list of what to accomplish through your promotion plan
2.Identification of the Target Market
A.Primary market: In general terms, describe the market (people) that you will aim the majority of your advertising efforts at. Use demographics, psychographics, geographics, lifestyles, etc.
B.Secondary market: Do the same as above, but these individuals are the secondary targets. In some cases you might be able to consider them the fringe or overflow from the primary market.
3.Select a slogan
What will be your slogan or theme for this game? It should be present in all of your advertising in some manner or form.
4.Create the following
•2 Newspaper ads
•2 billboard ads
•2 Bus ads
•A Web page (I recommend Webnode for a FREE web page)
•A Facebook “Fan” page
